  1. OVERVIEW - This screen allows you to generate and print a Profit and Loss,
  2. Balance Sheet Report for the the Account range you specify.
  3.  
  4. FROM CODE/TO CODE - Enter the account Codes for the range you require.
  5.  
  6. SCREEN PROMPT "PRINT REPORT (Y/N)" - Enter "Y" if you want the report to
  7. start printing or "N" to Exit.
  8.  
  9. SCREEN PROMPT "PAGED OR CONTINUOUS (P/C)" - Enter "P" if you want a page
  10. break at the start of each account type section.

  12. SCREEN PROMPT "PROFIT/LOSS, BALANCE SHEET OT BOTH? (P/B/A)" - Enter "P" if
  13. you only require the profit and loss report, "B" if you want just the
  14. Balance Sheet or "A" (All) for Both.

  16. NOTE The P&L Appn at the end of the Balance Sheet comes from the Net Profit
  17. at the end of the last period, it is calculated during the end of period
  18. processing.
